Meet Hagen (20240218-10)
Backstory: Hagen had a young owner that moved from place to place and had a very unstable home life. His owner reached out to a local rescuer/foster after he was attacked by a stray dog and asked if she could find a forever home for him. His foster and her grandkids adore Hagen but know that he deserves a home where he can be the main focus of love and attention, and not have to share it with so many other dogs. Hagen has been attacked by other dogs in the past, and because of this he is scared of unknown dogs at first. He prefers the company of female dogs and dogs that are generally calmer in nature. He absolutely ADORES kids so a home with kiddos would be amazing for him.
